Arnaya Homestay - Kuta (Bali)

Our family had a nice stay of our visit in August 2022 at this new apartment right by the center of the traffic and exhaust and malls and craziness of Kuta and restaurants, a shopping mall and the beach and discovery shopping mall.

The location is great, with a lovely terrace and garden view, perfect for enjoying the evenings, and the staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations.

Service was very good, we all had comfortable experience.

The apartment was new and amazing next to the center of the traffic and discovery mall and waterbom, that's what we were expecting. The breakfast was savoury and included with fresh fruits.

Great experience of our visit in August 2022, fairly clean apartment. Setting close enough to Kuta Beach, WaterBom Park and Discovery Mall. Nothing to complain about, would recomand.

Convenient location

The location of this place is great, as it's nestled in a lively area close to restaurants, a shopping mall, and the beach. It's surrounded by greenery and is just a short distance from the vibrant Kuta Beach. 🏖️

Favourable central location, a lot of space. Staff was attentive and wonderful, the service was good.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were quick to respond to any emails or questions I had before my stay. The location of the hotel was also very convenient. It was just a short walk to the shopping mall and a quick drive from the airport. The room itself was basic but clean and spacious, which was great.

I did have a few issues during my stay. The shower pressure in my room was very low, which made it difficult to have a good shower.

The place was fairly clean, the staff was welcoming and top-class, and they provided us with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and air conditioning.

Friendly staff, clean room with balcony, great location near malls, restaurants, and beach. Reasonable prices, would stay again.

The location of the homestay is perfect, right in the center of everything and close to the beach. The staff is helpful and friendly, always ready to answer any questions and provide assistance. The rooms are clean and spacious, with ample storage space. The pool is small but well-maintained, surrounded by a lovely garden. The breakfast, especially the omelet and Danish pastries, is delicious.

The towels provided were not as clean as they could have been.

The property was amazing, fairly clean, and new as we were expecting. It had a great and brilliant setting just off restaurants, shops and the beach and Discovery Mall. , it was based near a shopping mall.

The rooms were everything was super clean and beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and high-quality linen. The pool and gardens were fine, providing a peaceful oasis to relax and unwind. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Kuta beach and close to restaurants and shops. We were impressed by the helpful and friendly staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as limited breakfast options and low shower pressure, overall I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, and excellent service.

Amazingly quiet and intimate oasis in bustling Kuta, with lush greenery and a refreshing pool. The friendly staff were really good too help me find my lost phone. The large room and bathroom werevery comfy and tidy. I highly recommend this hidden gem.
